- 3/4 cup (168 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup (165 g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated white sugar
- 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cold cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Chill while making the cookie dough.
- In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, black cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl before adding it to the wet mixture.
