- 1 tablespoon tallow or Turkey Bacon grease
- 1 pound boneless sirloin, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups beef broth

- Optional: 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Cook Turkey Bacon until crispy; reserve some for garnish.
- Preheat a medium Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add tallow or grease.
- Sear sirloin chunks until browned; remove from pot.
- Add ground beef and optional spices; cook until browned.
- Return sirloin to pot; pour in beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Crumble cooked Turkey Bacon into chili; season with salt.
- Serve hot with toppings like cheese or sour cream.
