  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cashews

Instructions

  2. Create 18 piles of cashews on the parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels with heavy whipping cream, melting in 15-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Spoon melted caramel over each pile of cashews and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate melting wafers in another bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Pour melted chocolate over each cluster, ensuring all nuts are coated.
  7. Optionally sprinkle sea salt on top.
