  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauces, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and spices. Set aside.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan, cook ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water.
