  • 4 ounces softened brick-style cream cheese (lite is okay)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the egg, pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and flour until just combined.
  3. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with granulated sugar and flour until smooth; pour over the batter.
  5. Top with remaining batter and smooth lightly.
  6. Bake for about 48 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
