- 4 ounces softened brick-style cream cheese (lite is okay)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg, pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and flour until just combined.
- Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese with granulated sugar and flour until smooth; pour over the batter.
- Top with remaining batter and smooth lightly.
- Bake for about 48 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
