  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 star anise
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  3. Increase oven temperature to broil and glaze the beef with remaining marinade for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Prepare the creamy sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
