- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Marinate the beef belly in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic and ginger for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and roast the marinated beef belly for 1.5 to 2 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Increase oven temperature to broil and glaze the beef with remaining marinade for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Prepare the creamy sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Slice the beef belly and serve with creamy sauce drizzled on top.
