- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp red apple vinegar
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- salt, to taste
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
- In a frying pan over medium-low heat, melt butter and toast panko breadcrumbs until golden brown; set aside.
- Blend dressing ingredients (olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, Dijon mustard, vinegar) until smooth.
- Heat canola oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry marinated chicken until golden brown (8-10 minutes), then drain on a wire rack.
