  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion

Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, and lemon juice; simmer for 2 minutes.
