- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil

- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

- In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix in orange food coloring.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Top with dollops of cream cheese mixture and swirl gently. Pour remaining brownie batter on top and swirl again if desired.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Cool before slicing.
