  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 13 grams sugar
  • 6 grams salt
  • 170 grams sliced turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 170 grams sliced Genoa turkey slices
  • 170 grams sliced chicken chicken ham or turkey slices
  • 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let stand until frothy (5–10 minutes).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled (60–90 minutes).
  5. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Layer turkey pepperoni, turkey slices, chicken ham, cheeses, optional vegetables, garlic, and seasoning on the dough.
  7. Roll tightly into a log; seal edges well. Place seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush with egg wash and make slashes for steam release.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
