- 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let stand until frothy (5–10 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled (60–90 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
