  • 2 carrots (julienned or thinly sliced)
  • 2 bell peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (for serving)
  • 2 scallions (thinly sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Marinate the thinly sliced beef in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Sauté onions and carrots in the same skillet for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  5. Add bell peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
