- ½ cup onion
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3/4 tsp ginger (powdered)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Select the sauté function on your Ninja Foodi and heat olive oil. Sauté diced onion until soft (about 3 minutes). Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
