Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the pie crust into a pie plate, crimp edges, and prick with a fork.
  2. Pre-bake crust for 15 minutes with parchment and weights, then remove weights and bake another 15 minutes until golden.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
  4. Stir in vegan marshmallows until melted and combined.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust and top with dry roasted peanuts.
