  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh to create boats, reserving the chunks.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook seasoned chicken until browned.
  3. Whisk together the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a bowl, then pour over the chicken in the skillet.
