  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle remaining cheddar on top. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center.
  3. Shape into a ball by wrapping it tightly in cling wrap; press gently to form.
  4. Secure with rubber bands to create pumpkin lines, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, remove bands and garnish with a bell pepper stem.
