- ¼ tsp pepper

- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
- 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups sharp cheddar until smooth.
- Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle remaining cheddar on top. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center.
- Shape into a ball by wrapping it tightly in cling wrap; press gently to form.
- Secure with rubber bands to create pumpkin lines, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, remove bands and garnish with a bell pepper stem.
