- 1–3 tsp tomato paste (optional)

- Add lemon juice, diced onion, parsley, butter cubes, and optional tomato paste. Pulse until mixed.
- Gradually add reserved olive oil while pulsing until you achieve a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and serve with toasted bread or crackers.
