  • 1 head green leaf lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 avocados (sliced)
  • 1 cup corn
  • ½ red onion (sliced)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 23 tbsp hot sauce of choice
  • Tortilla strips for topping
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, honey, and avocado oil for at least 8 hours.
  2. Grill marinated chicken on medium heat for about 5–6 minutes on each side until fully cooked; let cool before slicing.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with hot sauce to create the spicy ranch dressing.
  4. In serving bowls or plates, layer chopped lettuce and top with sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, black beans, bell pepper, avocados, corn, red onion, tortilla strips, and drizzle with spicy ranch dressing.
