  • 1 1/3C Cherries, seeds and stems removed
  • 1 1/2 Apples (fuji, gala, or similar), roughly chopped
  • 4tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. If using frozen fruit, thaw completely. Add strawberries, cherries, and chopped apples to a food processor.
  2. Blend until combined but slightly chunky for texture.
  3. Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour into a mold lined with teflex sheets and spread evenly.
  5. Dehydrate at 125°F for about 4 hours; then flip and continue dehydrating for another 2.5 hours.
  6. Dehydrate further until fully dry (approx. 11.5 hours total), then let cool before cutting into bars.
