Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and prepare them by slicing and halving as indicated.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the prepared peaches, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and kiwi until combined.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice with honey (if using) and chopped mint.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
