- 1/2 cup (115g) dairy-free yogurt (or unsweetened applesauce)
- 1/3 cup (75g) dairy-free milk
- 1/3 cup (75g) neutral flavored oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice, optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry filling by combining chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and flour. Let it sit.
- Make the crumb topping by mixing flour, sugar, melted vegan butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In one bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together dairy-free yogurt, neutral oil, and vanilla extract.
