- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 3/4 cup + 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs, divided
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley and dried chives for flavor

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Boil the sliced yellow squash in water for about 5-6 minutes until nearly tender, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, egg, panko (1/3 cup), cheddar cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, parsley, and chives. Stir until well mixed.
