- Gradually add flour until the dough comes together; knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Divide risen dough into pieces, roll out into circles, and cut into triangles.
- Mix feta cheese with salt for the filling; assemble rolls by rolling triangles from outside to tip.
- Allow rolls to rise again briefly before brushing with egg yolk and sprinkling sesame seeds.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
